What will transport actually cost? Here are the real numbers — no vague “it depends”. Per-day rates, per-head maths, and the things people forget to budget for.

Every rate includes driver, fuel, tolls, parking and permits. One-way airport or city pickups are ₹7,000–12,000 depending on location.

So transport for the entire four days works out to roughly ₹1,333–2,333 per person. Most people over-estimate this — in a group, transport is usually the cheapest part of the trip, well below stays and activities.

1. Book direct. An agent’s margin is the biggest avoidable cost. We’re the fleet owner — there’s nobody in between.
2. Fill the vehicle. Twelve people in a 12-seater is ₹333 per head per day. The same vehicle with six people is ₹667. The fuller the group, the lower the per-head cost.
3. Pick the right tier. If premium comfort isn’t essential, take the Tempo — same routes, roughly ₹2,000/day less. More on this in our low fare tips.
