How do I book? Send your dates, group size, pickup point and route on WhatsApp. You get a fixed, all-inclusive quote. A small advance confirms the vehicle and the balance is paid during the trip. See payment options.
How far in advance should I book? In peak months (April to June, and the snow season) a few days ahead is safer, especially for 14 and 17 seater vehicles. Last-minute bookings are possible when vehicles are free.
Do you provide GST invoices? Yes. Company and agent bookings receive a proper invoice; mention it at the time of booking.
Which seater should I take? Up to 9 passengers: 9 seater Tempo or 10 seater Urbania. 10 to 13: 12 seater Tempo or 13 seater Urbania. 14 to 17: 17 seater Tempo or 17 seater Urbania.
What is the difference between Urbania and Tempo Traveller? The Urbania has recliner seats and a quieter, smoother ride and starts about ₹1,000 a day higher. The Tempo has push-back seats and a roof carrier. Full comparison here.
Is luggage space included? Yes, but plan realistically: one medium suitcase per passenger is comfortable. With full-size suitcases, take the next size up.
Can one vehicle cover my whole trip? Yes. Most groups keep the same vehicle and driver for 3 to 6 days across Gulmarg, Pahalgam and Sonamarg. See all routes.
What time do day trips start? Usually 8 to 9 am, so you return before dark. Mountain roads are best driven in daylight.
Do you go to Ladakh? Yes, up to Leh via Kargil and Zoji La. Inner Ladakh circuits such as Pangong and Nubra run on Leh-registered vehicles under local union rules, and we help arrange that leg. See our Ladakh guide.
Can I change my plan mid-trip? Small changes are usually possible on the day. Adding routes or days changes the fare, and we confirm the revised amount before you travel.
