The Amarnath Yatra requires advance registration and a Yatra Permit, issued by the Shri Amarnathji Shrine Board (SASB) — not by us. Please confirm the current year’s dates, medical certificate and RFID card requirements through official SASB channels.
SASB announces the dates each year, typically within a June–August window. Confirm your dates and tell us — we’ll plan the vehicle around them.
During the season there may be convoy systems and timing restrictions on the highway. Our drivers handle this daily and will give you a realistic pickup time.
Everything beyond base camp — trek, pony, palki or helicopter — is separate. We handle road transport only, but we’ll advise on what works best.
The altitude is significant and SASB requires a medical certificate. For elderly yatris, the Urbania’s recliner seats make a real difference on the long drive.
Baltal means a shorter but steeper trek over fewer days. Pahalgam is longer but gradual, and traditional. Choose by your group’s fitness — we serve both.
